INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY GROUP – SATISFIED CLIENT SINCE 2011
  • Support for an investment management company that has been active on the European property markets for over 35 years. The client's range of activities includes the acquisition, management, value enhancement and sale of residential and commercial properties via its own licensed investment platforms. As a global partner for property investments in Europe, the company acts for both large institutional investors and private investors throughout Europe and currently manages property assets of around 40 billion euros, mainly as a co-investor and investment manager for insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, savings banks and cooperative banks.
  • Support in the implementation and monitoring of compliance with the target structure defined as part of the property or company acquisition with regard to local tax law procedural and documentation requirements

  • Management of a German special fund company and the real estate funds managed by it with investment properties primarily in the sectors office, logistics, retail, data centres, healthcare and hotels. The company is part of a US investment management group that manages assets totalling approx. USD 507 billion for more than 1,100 institutional clients in over 70 markets.
  • VAT - preparation of advance returns, Section 15a VAT act documentation and option rate determinations
  • Support in the preparation of procedural guidelines and process descriptions of essential, accounting-related procedures in the context of fund management, taking into account the relevant provisions of the KAGB, the KARBV, the applicable general and special investment conditions and the respective investor agreement, including for submission to and review by BaFin.
